Project of the year (2025) This was our largest custom boat flooring project to date, and it was a multi-month build. The customer’s boat was 170 miles away and too large to trailer, so we took all the boat templates and flooring measurements by hand using clear templates. After a few weeks of hand measurements, adjustments, and CNC cutouts for fitment checks, we were ready for the material cuts.
