Custom Cooler Pads

We offer customized cooler pads of any size or shape for any brand, with prices ranging from $100 to $150 depending on color and availability. Custom colors start at $175. Customers can send or describe their design, receive a design proof for approval, and then have the cooler pad delivered to their door.
How are cooler pads made?
Laser Engraved
Our CNC is equipped with a laser attachment allowing for more custom ability. The laser is able to engrave small detailed designs when the spindle can’t. It is also another look as the melted foam changes color leaving a clean look.
Spindle Cut
The Spindle cuts through the first layer revealing the bottom layer color and creating the design. Having a 48″x96″ CNC gives the ability to make large pieces for boats or truck tailgates. The Spindle cut is used on the majority of projects, however what it cant do the laser can!

How to measure cooler for cooler pad size
Any Brand
We can make a cooler pad for any brand or size all it takes it accurate measurements. Most Coolers will have a “texture” area this is what size the cooler pad needs to be. Some Coolers are not rectangular and have irregular shapes. If your cooler is an irregular shape please call/text us for further direction to ensure proper fitment. Thank you
